Job Description:

Primary Duties

  • Meet or exceed quota.
  • Meet or exceed non-financial performance KPI’s with a heavy emphasis on call volume.
  • Nurture leads and client relationships.
  • Cultivate relationships with customer contacts to maximize sales opportunities through educating customers on the benefits of products and pricing and reduce churn.
  • Execute daily Call Lists in alignment with Customer Ranking, Campaign, and call cadence strategies.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales Team with the goal of growing market areas you are responsible for.
  • Sell add-ons and promotional items to continually penetrate accounts.
  • Support sales through outbound calling, e-mail communication, and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
  • Follow customized call scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections effectively.
  • Accurately input, track and report productivity and sales metrics in Salesforce.com. Adoption and data integrity in Salesforce.com is critical.
  • Partner with the sales field organization to facilitate, grow and follow up with distributor leads.
  • Identify current customer opportunities for L2 expansion and work with field Territory Sales Representative/District Manager to expand customer solutions.
  • Act as a cultural leader, embodying and promoting Company vision and values.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.  4 year college degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years sales experience.
  • Exceptional telephone skills - ability to set and close appointments over the phone and willingness to spend most of the workday on the phone.
  • Effective written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to time manage with multiple tasks and effectively set priorities.
  • Effective presentation and customer relations skills
  • Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow up and follow through.
  • Good problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Experience in using CRM technology (Sales Force) a plus.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
