Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst, will be on establishing and supporting systems to recruitindividuals living in Manitoba but not working in the health system, as well as Manitobans studying or working outside the province. New initiatives will include working with regulatory colleges and other departments in government to increase training and learning opportunities to create clear pathways to meet licensing requirements.

Skill and Experience

10 years’ experience performing business analysis including developing models for operational service delivery and synthesizing findings to present to key stakeholder groups for decision making. Examples should include consolidating stakeholder input with data analysis to present findings to leadership teams to develop future state models, perform gap analyses, and develop transition plans for future state models. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.
5 years’ experience directly leading business analysts or business consultants in large-scale business transformation programs composed of large multiple concurrent projects. The examples should be in a team management role where a team of resources had their work planned, the quality of their work reviewed, and coaching provided to them. The analysis work overseen should include managing analysis work to design target state operating models, organizational design, process design, business case development, financial modeling, value stream mapping, and to perform gap analysis. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
5 years’ direct, hands-on experience with complex business architecture and modelling, including working directly with executive leadership teams and facilitating stakeholder workshops, consolidating and synthesizing outputs to develop future state models, performance gap analyses, and develop transition plans to move to the future state. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
5 years’ experience facilitating assessments and workshops for organizational capability redesign activities and workshops, developing recommendations, conducting reviews with stakeholders, and obtaining approval with executives and senior leadership. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years.
5 years’ experience defining business cases for new initiatives and developing indicators for evaluating solution options to guide decision making. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years.
5 years’ experience working performing data analysis or mining with large data sets from multiple sources including developing database queries. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years.
3 years’ experience working in health human resource or health workforce planning data analytics. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
