• Bachelor of Science degree.
  
• Project Management certification
  
• ProSci Change Management certification
  

• Values Based Healthcare training.
  

• 10 years’ experience providing project management of clinical project planning and delivery in hospital redevelopment projects.
  
• 10 years’ experience leading complex clinical or healthcare infrastructure projects.
  
• 10 years’ experience of senior level project delivery, including reporting to and advising senior level organizational and government leaders.
  
• 3 years’ experience engaging with Indigenous stakeholders and rightsholder in healthcare-related planning and communications.
  
• 5 years’ experience delivering patient and provider journey mapping.
  
• 3 years’ experience in strategic planning, master site planning, service design.
  
• 5 years’ experience implementing technology solutions in healthcare environments.
