As a Support Engineer (m/f/x) you take direct action that our customer will fall in love with our product. This is your mission

Use your technical expertise to investigate issues, research solutions, create win-win outcomes and deliver excellent software solutions to our customers
You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment ensuring finway is properly and effectively deployed and functioning at our customers
Coordinate customer communications as a tech representative if required
Mastering the challenge of knowing our software inside out
Assurance of high quality for tests, programming and code reviews

Your profile

Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable, alternatively training as an IT specialist
Full Stack experience including mobile development, web engineering as well as experience in restful API development ideally including React and NodeJS
Fluent in JavaScript & TypeScriptÂ
Enthusiasm for startups and programming
Ability to approach people openly and work reliably in a team
Motivated, creative and independent working style
Eager to be a âfixerâ

We are a remote company, with the majority of the team based in our Munich office. As a Support Engineer you will work as part of a small team, which will include other developers, project managers, QA Engineers and a Designer. An interactive exchange within the whole team is very important to us at finway.
