Key Duties / Responsibilities: 

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will:

- Make 60+ outbound calls per day or spend at least 3 hours on the phone engaging with potential clients.

- Schedule and conduct 10+ sales presentations per week to showcase our advertising solutions.

-Close at least 12 contracts per month with a 30% close rate.

-Maintain an average order value (AOV) of $3,000+.

-Collaborate with leadership in weekly team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.

-Continuously develop your expertise through regular product and sales training sessions.


Qualifications & Experience:

Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but we recognize and value relevant experience and skills just as much.


Skills & Abilities:

 -Tech-savvy – Comfortable using Salesforce.com and other CRM tools.

-Highly organized – Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

-Passionate about helping businesses succeed – You take a consultative approach to sales.

-Strong communicator – Engaging presentation and persuasive sales skills.

-Self-motivated and results-driven – You thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
