The Role
As a Lead Product Manager at Envato, you’ll shape the future of the Customer Account Management Domain by providing strategic direction, leadership, and coaching to a team of Product Managers.
You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and our internal partner teams to identify growth opportunities, deliver high-impact initiatives, and ensure our products evolve to meet the demands of a fast-moving creative industry.
The Customer Account Management domain is a critical part of our product, managing essential subscription and account capabilities while unlocking key strategic opportunities.
In this role, you will:Communicate and champion the Product Strategy by defining and executing a strategic domain roadmap that drives measurable improvement in creative workflows and company goals.Lead multiple teams to deliver high-impact initiatives aligned with company strategyFoster collaboration between teams and functional areas, resolving bottlenecks and ensuring cross-functional alignments and integration of goals.Advocate for customer needs and ensure alignment with long-term strategyBalance the priorities across product, growth-focused initiatives, compliance and financial needs to sustain customer trust and drive strategic growth.Be aware and accountable to your responsibilities in relation to workplace health and safety obligations, both as an employee and manager.
