Job description

We have an awesome opportunity to present, to a skilled and well-connected igaming professional with strong sales & negotiation skills!

Due continued growth, our client - a "lead generation" company, acquiring traffic for igaming operators - is looking for a Sales Manager to join them in a hybrid-remote role in Malta. Your job will largely evolve around establishing connections and negotiating deals with igaming operators. This means you may have several physical meetings weekly, and you'll be attending various events to network, but you would be able to work largely from home and come to the office only once or twice weekly. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly dependable but happy to work independently.

Salary €32-40K + bonus

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create opportunities to connect with potential Partners (igaming operators)
  • Communicate with B2B Partners via IM and email
  • Showcase the Company's business strategy
  • Negotiate terms for traffic and ads from third parties
  • Negotiate placements on sites
  • "Up-sell" to existing Partners
  • Attend meetings and networking events on behalf of the Company
  • Represent the Company at industry events (international travel)

Requirements, Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable skills in sales & negotiations
  • Natural networker and a skilled "closer"
  • 2+ years in igaming and sales
  • Excellent references from previous role(s) with the igaming industry
  • Thorough understanding of the igaming industry
  • Extensive network throughout the igaming industry
  • Extremely result-oriented
  • Organized and structured

About this role

  • Full-time
  • 3 months probation
  • Hybrid-remote model (1 day min weekly at the office)
  • Modern co-working space in St Julian's, Malta
  • €30-40K basic
