About the position

We are looking for an experienced Front End Developer to join our Software Development Department. You will develop intuitive products and internal tools based on user, product and business requirements, in collaboration with your Team Leader, Back End Software team, Architect and Product Department.

Our products are used by shipping company engineers and captains to optimise the technical operations and navigation of their vessels based on our in-house developed AI and optimisation algorithms. You will need to gain a good understanding of the domain and our research output to design improvements that make our backend infrastructure scalable and cover our customers’ needs.

What you will do:

• Apply your expertise to ensure that the user interface and user experience of our applications are intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional

• Integrate frontend solutions with our backend and in-house AI and optimization algorithms for vessel technical operations and navigation.

• Optimize frontend performance and collaborate with backend teams, architects, and build tools.
