Creative Director at Veriff

Job description

We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Creative Director to lead our global design initiatives and provide our creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive brand projects globally. You will play a key role in leading the creative direction and vision of Veriff’s design projects, overseeing a team of designers, and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and creativity. Your leadership will drive consistency in user experience across Marketing and Product as we continue our mission to make the internet a safer place.

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

Creating and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies across various creative projects
Defining and executing a vision for brand design and UX within our product portfolio
Providing UI and UX leadership through your expertise in analytics, research, design methodologies, and product launches
Leading and motivating a team of talented designers by offering mentorship, coaching, regular feedback, and career planning.
Leading brainstorming and creative sessions to generate ideas for global marketing campaigns.
Being hands-on with design creation, reviewing design content and presentations, approving/rejecting ideas, and providing feedback to the team.

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:

Proven track record of (10+ years) as a Creative Director, Art Director, Head of Brand Design, or a similar creative leadership role, with experience managing teams
Hands-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, brand development, and digital marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills and experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud).
Outstanding leadership, collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
A creative mindset combined with a data-driven approach and a passion for continuous improvement
Experience using analytics, user research & testing to make decisions and iterate on design
Experience in design process incl user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
