As the Senior Product Manager, you will own the early user journey and drive our product’s growth by deeply understanding our users, setting up scalable systems, and prioritizing high-impact features. You’ll bridge product strategy, user insights, and data-driven growth to ensure our app delights and engages users while meeting business goals.
What You’ll Do:
User Research & Insights:
Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover pain points and needs.
Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations for the product roadmap.
Analytics & Feedback Loops:
Set up and manage analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) to track key metrics and user behavior.
Design feedback systems (e.g., in-app surveys, NPS tracking) to continuously gather user input.
Growth & Experimentation:
Collaborate on and execute growth experiments to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Design A/B tests and analyze results to optimize features, onboarding, and campaigns.
Feature Prioritization:
Develop and manage a lightweight product roadmap that aligns with user needs and business goals.
Work closely with design and engineering to define feature requirements and prioritize execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as the connective tissue between users, design, engineering, and marketing to ensure a seamless product experience.
Communicate insights, priorities, and progress to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
3+ years in product management, growth, or a similar role at a fast-paced startup or consumer-facing company.
Proven track record of designing and running growth experiments or user research initiatives.
Skills:
Strong user research and data analysis abilities; experience with analytics tools like Posthog, Mixpanel, or Heap.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.
Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative features and growth strategies.
Experience in AI and consumer products
Technical proficiency or familiarity with product design and development workflows.
Mindset:
A user-first approach to problem-solving, paired with a bias for action.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in an early-stage environment.
Passion for building products that drive meaningful connection and engagement.
$100K - $120K annual salary depending on experience
