As a Part-time Accounting Assistant / CRM Manager, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining the financial integrity and client relationships of a dynamic real estate appraisal firm. This multifaceted role combines financial oversight with customer relationship management, offering a diverse and engaging work experience. You’ll be responsible for essential bookkeeping tasks, invoice management, and maintaining an up-to-date CRM system. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers and people alike, offering the perfect blend of analytical and interpersonal skills. Hours per week: 20 hours a week minimum
Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible between 9AM - 5PM (FL Central Time) - Monday to Friday, 11PM - 7AM (Manila Time)
Paid Breaks:
If working 4-6 hours in a shift :
- One 15-minute paid break at the halfway point.
If working a full 8-hour shift :
- 10-minute paid break after 2 hours
- 30-minute paid break after 4 hours
- 10-minute paid break after 6 hours
Responsibilities:
Perform essential bookkeeping tasks, including accurate categorization of expenses to maintain clear financial records.
Manage invoice processing, ensuring timely entry and payment tracking to maintain healthy cash flow.
Proactively monitor accounts and follow up on overdue payments professionally, maintaining positive client relationships.
Oversee and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Maintain a comprehensive customer database, facilitating efficient client communication and service delivery.
Update client web portals bi-annually with current insurance information, licenses, and essential documents.
Assist in generating financial reports and conducting data analysis to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with team members to streamline financial and customer management processes.
Requirements:
Solid foundation in bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.
Familiarity with CRM systems and database management, with a knack for organizing and maintaining customer information.
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in financial data entry and record-keeping.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in relevant accounting and CRM software, with a willingness to learn new tools as needed.
Excellent communication skills for both client interactions and internal reporting.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment.
Flexibility to work within business hours (8 AM to 6 PM Central Time, Monday-Friday).
Enthusiasm for growth and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as the business expands.
Discretion in handling sensitive financial and client information.
