Position Summary:

 

The Technical Implementation Manager is responsible for partnering with clients to identify their business needs, analyze technical requirements, and translate them into best-practice solutions for the successful implementation and optimization of CAQH products. This role supports technical integration and testing (e.g., APIs, sFTP) to ensure seamless data exchange between provider data management systems, clients, partners, and internal platforms.

The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on efficient technical workflows aligned with industry standards and best practices. They should demonstrate strong technical expertise, hands-on experience collaborating with internal teams and technology departments, exceptional communication skills, proficiency in technical integrations, and robust project management capabilities.

This position is a key contributor within a collaborative team, driving client satisfaction, revenue achievement, and sustainable growth in alignment with CAQH’s strategic objectives.

 

This is a full-time, exempt, remote position and reports to the Director, Implementations.

 

Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $130,000 annually.

 

 

Specific Responsibilities:

 

  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on CAQH solutions, providing advanced technical support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance and functionality.
  • Workflow Analysis: Evaluate in-house and third-party software to identify integration opportunities for CAQH Solutions, whether incorporated into existing systems or deployed as standalone solutions.
  • Requirements: Collaborate with client technical and business teams to gather and document requirements for API integrations and related technical needs.
  • Testing and Validation: Design and oversee the execution of test plans to verify that implemented solutions meet technical and functional requirements.
  • Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve technical issues through collaboration with internal teams, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Technical Consulting: Bridge technology and operations by providing best practice recommendations that align technical solutions with business processes.
  • Project Liaison: Act as key liaison between CAQH’s technical team and cross-functional departments, ensuring all requirements are clearly communicated and addressed.
  • Feedback: Partner with Technical Product Owners, Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Customer Success teams to convey complex technical insights and their business implications effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities for system enhancements, process optimizations, and automation to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks while maintaining detailed documentation of client interactions and reporting progress to management.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support team and organizational objectives.

Skills: 

  • Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of system integrations, data flows, API design, architecture, and interaction.
  • Business and Technical Translation: Proven ability to independently analyze complex business processes and translate them into clear technical requirements and vice versa.
  • API Tools Proficiency: Skilled in using tools like Postman or similar platforms for API testing and endpoint interactions.
  • Testing Leadership: Experience leading and coordinating integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing with precision and efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving and Innovation: Creative and proactive approach to solving complex challenges and innovating solutions, systems, and processes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Strong ability to interact, collaborate, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Multitasking: Proven capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Keen attention to detail and commitment to resolving issues with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Continuous Learning: Demonstrates a growth mindset with a drive to understand business systems deeply, develop new skills, and enhance competencies.
  • Technical Tools Familiarity: Familiarity with Microsoft Tech Stack is advantageous.
  • Advanced Tool Proficiency: Expertise in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, and Office 365 applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience:

 

  • 5 years of experience working with clients on complex technology implementation projects.
  • 3 years of experience collaborating with product development software engineers as a member of an adjacent client-facing organization that implements the technical solutions.
  • 2 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional, distributed teams with onshore and offshore contributors.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of equivalent hands-on experience in software support.
