Position Summary: 
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you’ll drive new business initiatives by introducing large organizations to Openforce’s software solutions. Your role will center on demonstrating how our platform simplifies compliance, drives operational efficiencies and streamlines IC engagement for companies that rely heavily on 1099 workforces. Ideal for a SaaS sales expert who thrives on building relationships and uncovering new opportunities, this position allows you to bring meaningful value to clients across key sectors. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients, positioning Openforce as a critical partner for their 1099 workforce management, compliance, insurance enablement and settlement processing needs. 

  • Identify client needs, deliver customized product demos, and effectively communicate how our platform simplifies contractor management. 

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent quarterly results. 

  • Stay current on compliance and regulatory frameworks to better serve enterprise clients’ needs.

Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • 4+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience. 

  • Experience selling to companies with 1099 contractor models, ideally in sectors like transportation or logistics. 

  • Knowledge of compliance regulations is a plus. 

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a growth-oriented mindset.
