Key Responsibilities: 

1. Accounts Payable & Receivable Management: 

  • Setup new suppliers and customers in system. 
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers. 
  • Monitor accounts receivable, update admin assistant for collections. 
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable discrepancies. 
  • Process Intercompany on charge invoicing. 
  • Supplier statement reconciliations. 

2. Bank Reconciliation (Payment side): 

  • Perform regular bank reconciliations, ensuring that transactions align with bank statements. 
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in bank transactions. 

3. Month End Tasks: 

  • Download ageing reports from zero and update them with comments. 
  • Intercompany balances reconciliation. 

4. Other Administrative Tasks: 

  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
