THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Marketing (m/f/d) to spearhead our marketing strategy and execution in Emerging Markets which consist of Benelux & Nordics and Southern Europe. This role also includes a support function for MEA and Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate (m/f/d) will possess a deep understanding of the software security landscape and a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and programs at a region-wide level. This role requires people management skills, creativity, strategic and analytical thinking, and skills to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in the software security or technology industry
• Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation
• Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and related customer pain points
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in marketing analytics tools and CRM software
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Marketing experience in Emerging Markets focus territories Benelux & Nordics and Southern Europe is an advantage
