Job description

GrowthAssistant is seeking a skilled and motivated Chat Sales and Lead Qualification Representative. This role involves engaging website visitors via live chat, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings while accurately logging interactions in Salesforce. It also requires distinguishing between sales and support inquiries, making calls when needed, and ensuring meetings are assigned correctly based on prospect segmentation.

Salary: Up to Php 60,000 depending on experience

Core Tasks:

  • Monitor and engage with website visitors via the chat platform (Drift) to answer sales-related inquiries.
  • Distinguish between sales prospects and customer support inquiries, directing the latter to the appropriate department.
  • Qualify leads by asking key questions and determining when a phone call is necessary.
  • Makes calls when necessary to prospects when needed to qualify further and book meetings.
  • Schedule meetings efficiently using Chili Piper and ensure correct assignment based on prospect segmentation (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise).
  • Accurately log interactions, lead qualifications, and meeting bookings in Salesforce.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in all chat and call interactions.

Must Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Familiarity with live chat tools such as Drift (or similar platforms).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including solid phone etiquette.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) for tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and engagement.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in a similar chat-based sales or customer support role.
  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling tools like Chili Piper
