Lead Generation Specialist (ZR-407)

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will research and engage with prospective clients, guiding them to explore the solutions we offer. Your primary objective is to generate quality leads and set up Discovery Calls, focusing on one solution at a time.

Must Haves:

• Proficient in English with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to quickly learn and convey information about various solutions.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
• Polite yet assertive approach to outreach and follow-ups.
• Experience in lead generation, sales, or business development is a plus.
• Comfortable using email, phone calls, and social media for outreach.
• Strong research and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Research and identify target companies that fit our ideal client profile.
• Build prospect lists and maintain organized lead databases.
• Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media to engage potential clients.
• Articulate the value of our solutions, sparking interest in a Discovery Call.
• Qualify leads based on company needs and decision-making potential.
• Maintain follow-ups and track outreach efforts using CRM tools.

Regarding the remote, the candidate will arrange a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Corei5 6th generation minimum, noise cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup)
