Overview

As a QA Lead in the Finance domain for Daily Close Program, you will be contributing to transformation in QA & Testing and influencing “Built-in-Quality” approach. Represent respective Tribe in cross-functional E2E Testing assignments. Maintain an overall view of all the testing types and phases as required for each release planned for the Daily Close Programme.  The test scope includes: System Integration, User Acceptance, Non-functional requirements (primarily performance) and Regression.

Responsibilities

• Good to have exposure to SAP Platforms & Test Automation experience in SAP S4 & BW
• Experience in Continuous Integration of Test automation in DevOps delivery Pipeline using Jenkins 
• Strategize and deliver overall E2E Test automation strategy, roadmap for SIT and UAT automation including E2E interfacing applications
• Automate repetitive maintenance and troubleshooting tasks (Identify and remove Toil)
• To work with QA team for resolution of technical issues of Testing Tools as needed.
• Complete ownership for preparing test automation solution, designing automation frameworks and lead the implementation of test strategy
• Liaise with other streams (Architecture, Solution Teams, Upstream, Downstream, Business, Operations, infrastructure services)

Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing remit
• Leading QA Team in Agile and Waterfall delivery model
• Strong Accounts Payable and Cost Business process knowledge in an SAP run organization
• Expert in automation frameworks such as Selenium, UFT and TOSCA. Test Management using JIRA, ALM and Team City.
• Stakeholder management & Test Manager/Project Management
• User Acceptance Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Non-Functional Testing, Automated Testing
• ALM – Application Lifecyle Management
• JIRA
• Team Management
