Job Title: Online BPO Jobs for Freshers (Voice/Chat Process)

About the Role: We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team for online BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) positions in both Voice and Chat Process roles. As a fresh recruit, you will be trained to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service across various platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are looking to build a career in customer service, with a focus on improving communication skills and gaining exposure to global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Voice Process:

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, issues, and requests.
    • Provide effective solutions to customer problems while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
    • Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent communication with customers.
    • Resolve customer complaints, offering satisfactory solutions within a defined time frame.
    • Escalate issues to higher management if needed and ensure all calls are logged in the system.
  2. Chat Process:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or messaging platforms.
    • Provide timely and accurate information while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
    • Assist customers in navigating websites, troubleshooting issues, and offering product/service information.
    • Work closely with other team members to ensure all customer concerns are addressed and resolved efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system for future reference.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
  • Adaptability: Must be open to learning new processes and systems quickly.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately record customer information and interactions.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with basic computer operations, using customer support software, and proficient in handling email/chat systems.
  • Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple customer queries simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently to meet service-level agreements and deadlines.

Education and Experience:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
  • Experience: No prior experience required. Freshers with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn are welcome.
