Reporting to the People and Culture Operations Manager, our People and Culture Business Partner provides advice, support and guidance in all aspects of the people lifecycle on a broad range of HR matters.

This role requires an individual with substantial employee relations experience, as navigating complex people and culture matters will be integral to your success. You'll need to bring your expertise to address performance management, resolve workplace disputes, and ensure a positive employee experience across all levels. In addition to your strong employee relations background, this position demands flexibility and a willingness to travel extensively across facilities within your assigned portfolio. You'll be engaging with teams across multiple locations, providing support and guidance directly to employees and leadership. Your ability to balance remote work with on-the-ground support will be key to driving positive outcomes and maintaining strong connections within the organisation.. These include, but are not limited to, the management of performance and employee relations, change management, workforce planning, training and development, employee experience initiatives, workplace health and safety and injury management.
Whilst this role is remote there will be travel required to homes within your portfolio as required.
