Crozier Community Manager is responsible for growing and maintaining a structured and organized online community aligned with the growth directives set out for the organization.  The CM is responsible for building and maintaining a positive online community around the Crozier brand by actively engaging with new customers, managing existing relationships, managing customer databases across social channels, media platforms, creating and curating content, conducting trend analysis, regular reporting, responding to comments and inquiries, and facilitating meaningful interactions to promote the brand service offering; essentially acting as a liaison between the company and it's community. 

Key responsibilities of the Community Manager include:

  • Social media management:

    Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions across various social media channels in a timely manner. 

  • Community engagement:

    Initiating conversations, running contests, polls, and live events to encourage active participation within the community. 

  • Brand voice and messaging:

    Ensuring all communication aligns with the company's brand identity and tone of voice. 

  • Community analytics and reporting:

    Tracking key metrics like reach, engagement, sentiment analysis, and identifying areas for improvement. 

  • Crisis management:

    Identifying and addressing negative feedback or issues promptly to mitigate potential damage to the brand. 

  • Trend analysis:

    Staying updated on industry trends and identifying opportunities to leverage relevant topics and conversations. 

  • Community feedback collection:

    Gathering feedback from community members to inform product development and marketing strategies. 

  • Collaborations and partnerships:

    Identifying potential collaborations with influencers or other relevant communities to expand reach. 

  • Content creation and curation:

    Developing engaging content like posts, articles, videos, and graphics for social media platforms to foster community engagement. 

    Skills :

  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to write engaging content, respond thoughtfully to comments, and effectively communicate with a diverse audience. 
  • Social media expertise: Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices. 

  • Analytical skills: Ability to interpret data and use insights to inform community strategy.
