Job Title:  ServiceNow / ITSM Contract Consultant

Location:  Remote Work From Home

Required Experience:  Ten (10) years of Executive Level ServiceNow / ITSM Consulting 


Position Type:  

Contract Consultant - This is a Part-Time contract that will average two (2) up to ten (10) hours per week.  As your SOW's become closed deals, this role has the  potential to ramp up on hours including up to forty (40) hours per week. 
 

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Contract Consultant with deep expertise in general IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting detailed proposals and Statements of Work (SOW’s), while also identifying and driving new opportunities across all portfolios and industry verticals within the existing accounts. This role requires a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert who can effectively communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical Executive level stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities:

Proposal and SOW Development:
  • Collaborate with Global Enterprise clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into comprehensive proposals and SOWs.
  • Develop tailored ServiceNow solutions that align with client objectives and industry best practices.

Opportunity Identification and Development:
  • Leverage existing relationships within our client base to identify opportunities for ServiceNow and ITSM integrations.
  • Work closely with sales and account management teams to develop strategies for expanding service offerings.

Subject Matter Expertise:
  • Must be able to provide proactive consultation to global Enterprise organizations upon how proposed solutions provide Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Serve as the go-to expert for ServiceNow capabilities, staying current with platform updates and industry trends.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow implementation and integration.

Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate the value of ServiceNow solutions.


Qualifications:

Experience:

 
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on experience within the ITSM space and specifically the ServiceNow platform, including implementation and integration.
  • Proven track record in developing proposals and SOWs for ITSM projects.

Technical Skills:
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
  • Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification(s) preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification; ITIL Expert is a plus.


Soft Skills:
  • Must be able to define and explain how ServiceNow can resolve customer pain points.
  • Able to present PowerPoint Slide Deck presentations to C Level Executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Additional Information:
This is a part-time, contract position with an initial commitment of 2-10 hours per week. Based on project success and business growth, there is potential for this role to expand to a full-time commitment of up to 40 hours per week within 3 to 6 months.
