With robust capital backing and a clear vision, we're poised for an exhilarating phase of accelerated growth.

Join us on the journey! Our vibrant team spans the globe, comprising over 500 innovative minds from 42 countries across five continentsAre you a driven, results-oriented Product Manager looking to make a meaningful impact?

At Threecolts, we’re on the hunt for a passionate individual to join our team and help us build exceptional products that empower users and drive the success of our business. As a Product Manager at Threecolts, you'll be leading the development of innovative products from inception to launch in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:
  • You will take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from defining the vision and strategy to leading execution. You'll work on creating detailed roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet both business needs and customer expectations.
  • You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to bring products to life. Your role will be to ensure smooth collaboration, clear communication, and alignment across all functions, so we can deliver the best possible results.
  • You’ll be the voice of the customer, working with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and ensuring that the product vision aligns with company objectives. You will present product strategies, gather feedback, and make decisions that directly impact the success of our products.
  • You’ll need to have a sharp eye for user experience design, ensuring that every product you deliver is intuitive, engaging, and user-centric. You will advocate for the user experience, making sure that design and functionality go hand in hand to solve real customer problems.
  • Working with a fully remote team means you’ll need to be a self-starter who can lead initiatives and ensure effective communication and collaboration across different time zones. You’ll guide the team, help remove blockers, and keep everyone focused on delivering results.

  • You’ve successfully delivered products in a fast-moving environment, managing everything from feature prioritization to working with cross-functional teams. You understand the full product lifecycle and have hands-on experience in driving product strategy and execution.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can interact effectively with senior stakeholders, customers, and internal teams. You’re able to articulate the product vision, create buy-in, and ensure everyone is aligned on goals and outcomes.
  • You have a keen eye for UX and can work with design teams to create intuitive and engaging products that offer a seamless user experience.
  • You’re comfortable working with a remote team, and you thrive in a distributed, fast-moving environment. You can keep things moving forward, even when working across multiple time zones.

  • You’ve worked on products that cater to communities, understanding the nuances and challenges of creating products that engage and serve user communities.

  • Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with the Amazon seller world: If you've sold products on Amazon or developed solutions for e-commerce sellers, you understand the unique dynamics of the marketplace and how to build solutions that meet their needs.
