What the job is about:

Our software, "Miles", is an ERP software for finance, leasing, fleet and mobility management in the automotive finance industry. It is a complex end-to-end solution that includes front, mid and back office functionalities,and can be extensively customized to the customer's needs through configuration. Our customers are leasing and financing companies from the automotive industry.

You will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary and multiculturally unit, responsible for the full range of services towards our customers in Germany. This includes business consulting, implementation projects, customer & core software enhancements, post-go-live support.

Your role will primarily encompass supporting our existing customers in their use of our software and consulting or implementing our system for new customers.

As Senior Business Consultant, you will help our customers think about their present and future situation and facilitate the optimization of business processes and improve operational efficiencies by conducting workshops. You will translate requirements into functional analyses, configure our software, follow up internally with developers, and implement the rollout of new developments. You might also be involved in data migration and the configuration of reporting tools.

With your analytical mindset, you quickly master complex technical and business problems and translate business requirements into technical solutions. You think strategically, but also enjoy working hands-on and getting things done to achieve your objectives within a complex multi-disciplinary environment.  

Requirements?

You have 5+ years experience working in a business consulting or analyst role.

You are experienced with complex software implementation projects (e.g ERP implementation).

Experience in managing projects from A to Z (consulting, configuration, development, data migration, integrations, testing)

You have the ability to quickly absorb and understand the customer’s business, think creatively, and come up with innovative solutions to business problems.
