ASSOCIATE CLIENT PARTNER

About the role and what you'll be doing: 

Reporting to the Director of the Client Partner Group, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between Ensono and a defined portfolio of accounts, ensuring that we delight our clients, support their business objectives whilst continuing to create profitable revenue for our company.

  • Lead the Ensono relationship for a portfolio of ~20 EU based Ensono clients.
  • Within each of these clients, manage the revenue, identify ways to grow and retain it.
  • This will be done by identifying new net opportunities (bookings) and uncovering ways to save and delay revenue churn, developed from a plan you create to manage your territory.
  • Identify business challenges in your client base that we can address through the successful implementation of our infrastructure and services portfolio.
  • Leverage our expertise to improve the relationships between Ensono and our clients by leading and coordinating teams such as service delivery, operations, consulting and alliances when engaging in your accounts.  
  • Become a subject matter expert on all aspects of our portfolio and build plans to ensure your client base are aware of the benefits of engaging with Ensono in these critical areas.
  • Become a trusted advisor to your clients by understanding their business needs and demonstrating how you believe Ensono can help deliver positive outcomes.
  • Proactively and predictably forecast the business impact of the initiatives you are driving within our client base via accurate salesforce reporting and by effective internal communication.
  • Create and lead the execution of detailed client plans that drive increased client satisfaction, increased revenue and healthy long-term commercial relationships.
  • Success will be measured in terms of bookings, renewals, churn and CSAT feedback.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Looking for a challenge in a fast moving and growing area of our EU business
  • You will have some account management experience dealing with technology and services adjacent or within Ensono’s sector.
  • Enthusiastic about developing client experience, taking responsibility for important client relationships, and investing in your own learning and development to become a senior client partner in the future.
  • Can demonstrate a good level of understanding of Ensono capabilities and how to position these into existing accounts.
  • Experience of engaging clients and demonstrable evidence of having delivered positive client outcomes.
  • Motivated to build the relevant experience to enable you to have a long successful career in professional technology sales.
  • A team player, who works well across internal teams to drive results, and who knows how to collaborate effectively cross-functionally
  • Are truly passionate about technology and how it enables our clients to achieve their goals.
  • This role is remote first, with bi-weekly days in our London office.
