Overview

The SAP BTP RESTFUL ABAP Consultant plays a vital role in the development and optimization of applications using the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). This specialized role focuses on leveraging RESTful ABAP programming skills to connect SAP with various platforms and services. Consultants in this position work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. Key Responsibilities

Develop WRICEF solutions in SAP S/4HANA using RAP, CDS Views, and Virtual Data Models.
Design and implement REST APIs, SOAP APIs (SOAMANAGER), and OData services (V2/V4).
Develop Fiori applications using Fiori Elements and UI annotations.
Implement Flexible Workflows and classic Business Workflows.
Troubleshoot Fiori apps, APIs, Forms (Adobe LiveCycle Designer), and Workflows.
Perform code reviews, ATC checks, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with functional teams, SAP Support, and stakeholders.
Provide training and mentorship to junior developers.
