Position Purpose
Capital Bank is seeking a driven and innovative Digital Marketing, B2B to lead strategic marketing initiatives for Capital Bank's SBA and USDA lending programs and Windsor Advantage division. This role is pivotal to scaling these specialty verticals, driving demand, and building national recognition for our capabilities in government-guaranteed lending.
Windsor Advantage, the nation’s leading lender service provider, with a proven track record of closing $2 billion in loans over the past eight years, and servicing a $1 billion loan portfolio nationwide. By combining Windsor’s expertise with Capital Bank’s vision, the AVP, Digital Marketing will play a critical role in advancing our mission to create innovative and profitable lending strategies for banks, credit unions, and businesses across the United States.
This position will focus on generating high-quality leads and growing market share of Capital Bank’s SBA and USDA programs as well as the Windsor Accel platform. The successful candidate will have a strong B2B digital marketing background, an understanding of the lending sales cycle, and expertise in demand generation and partner marketing.
