In this role, you will be responsible for the Pre-Onboarding Process and other Talent Acquisition related administrative tasks to support our growth and for developing, driving, and executing staffing initiatives across the organization!
What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
Facilitate the offer stage of the hiring process by preparing the job offer documents and discussing them with the successful candidates for the position.
Handle the pre-onboarding process for new hires. This includes discussion of pre-employment requirements, endorsement of pre-employment medical exams, and ensuring all necessary steps are completed before the new hire officially onboards.
Ensure that all required pre-employment documents and information are collected and processed before the joining date.
Coordinates with the partner Medical Service Provider for the results of the pre-employment medical examination of the new hires.
Schedules new hires for in-house Doctor/Nurse Consultation.
Ensures that new hire employees are fully cleared in the pre-onboarding process, including the complete submission of required documents and clearance in both the pre-employment medical exam and in-house doctor/nurse consultation prior to official joining date.
Maintain accurate records of pre-employment documentation or the 201 File
Prepare the Employment Contract and other related documents, ensuring their accuracy before forwarding them to HR for discussion.
Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and timely information.
Track and manage candidate interactions and follow-up actions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate reports and provide detailed analysis on recruitment performance, offering insights on areas for improvement.
Provide regular updates on progress pre-onboarding process of new hires
Provide support in other Talent Acquisition and HR related tasks as needed.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
With at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition process is an advantage.
