This is a remote position.

Schedule: Flexible hours during Adelaide business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), Monday to Thursday| 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Manila time, Monday to Thursday

Paid Hours per Week: U p to 20 hours

  • Manage and organize client bookings to ensure a seamless scheduling process.
  • Prepare comprehensive briefs for barristers, contributing to successful case outcomes.
  • Handle sensitive client communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Utilize advanced cybersecurity platforms to maintain the highest levels of data protection.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Proofread and edit legal documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to firm standards.
  • Assist in research tasks to support case preparation and legal strategy development.

Requirements
