ANYmal needs you! We are growing our Direct Sales team and looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sales Managers to join the #A-team. ANYbotics is at the cutting edge of robotic inspection and maintenance, reshaping industries with our groundbreaking technology. The Market & Our Technology
ANYbotics transforms the industrial sector by introducing robotics to a wide range of novel applications that so far were beyond reach (see our case studies in Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Railways, Wind Energy,Mining,Construction). Our end customers are large asset operators and service providers of industrial plants pioneering the use of robotics technology for inspection and maintenance. Our solution enables autonomous routine inspections and monitoring of large scale industrial facilities for increased safety and productivity. We develop numerous customized hardware systems, including the entire robotic platform, actuators, sensors, inspection payloads, charging systems, as well as all software to enable world-class mobility, autonomy and AI driven inspection insights. We have proven the technology and the business impact to our customers in long-term pilot projects and are scaling-up sales of our commercial solution.
Your Contributions
Proactively secure new business opportunities by predominantly acquiring new customers and expanding with select existing customers
Develop and implement strategic territory and tactical account plans to meet business goals
Identify new market trends, build suitable business books of high potential prospects, and effectively leverage different outreach channels to generate new pipeline
Discover customer needs by deeply understanding their applications and challenges and translate this into clear value propositions and commercial proposals
Effectively single-thread multiple stakeholders per account to proactively drive buying process
Negotiate commercial purchasing agreements with large commercial & procurement teams of global corporations
Ensure high-quality pipeline data in the CRM system to correctly assess deal health and achieve a high forecasting accuracy
Showcase and promote our disruptive technology at trade conferences, webinars, events, and customer roadshows
Your Profile
Proven recent track record in direct sales of disruptive, high-tech industrial solutions and services (ideally with software-enabled hardware)
Experienced in dealing with large industrial corporates in different geographies/cultures and industries on different management levels
Experience in negotiating commercial contracts and creativity in customer interactions
Expertise in working with state of the art CRM and accurately forecasting pipeline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Bonus point
University degree or an equivalent expertise in engineering, marketing, business or related field
Know-how and experience in inspection and maintenance of industrial plants
High proactiveness, persistence and drive to achieve performance goals
Deeply curious about customer needs, challenges, and applications
Written and verbal communication skills in German
