In this role, you will be accountable for the relationship management and growth of their key clients in ANZ. This is an exciting role with growth opportunities internally.

Job Description;

Reporting to the Account Management Director, you will be responsible to:

• Manage key clients and building long-term business relationships
• Plan, drive and implement customer engagement strategies
• Work closely with Analytics and Operations team to analyze and determine root causes for customer success or failure and drive requirements for product or process enhancement and development as needed
• Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research
• Quote on new client activities including campaign and project opportunities, as well as reporting requests

The Successful Applicant

• At least 8 years of relevant working experience, including experience in account management and campaign management
• Digital / SaaS / CRM / customer data optimization experience will be preferably and highly regarded
• Passionate about delivering client service excellence
• Strong relationship management skills, confident and enthusiastic
