Job description

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support their executive team in managing operations, data analysis, and project execution. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and technical proficiency to handle administrative and strategic tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Organize executive schedules, book meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Data & Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports using platforms such as Active Track, Shopify, and Microsoft Excel to provide business insights.
  • Tech & Systems Management: Assist in the implementation and management of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Planner) and other productivity tools.
  • Research & Due Diligence: Conduct research to provide executives with relevant data for decision-making.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain smooth communication within the organization.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Planner, Asana, etc.).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with vendors, internal teams, and leadership.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

  • Bonus: Experience in e-commerce or a tech-driven organization is a plus.
