up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

The company offers an online HVAC program designed to equip students with the skills needed to build successful careers as HVAC technicians. Their mission is to inspire confidence in students, helping them navigate the admissions process and envision a brighter future through education and career advancement.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for driving student enrollment by engaging and qualifying potential students who have shown interest in the HVAC program. Youll be the first point of contact, guiding them through the admissions process, addressing concerns, and highlighting the program's benefits to encourage enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Engagement & Qualification: Reach out to prospective students who have expressed interest, assess their needs, and determine if the HVAC program is the right fit.
  • Sales & Enrollment Guidance: Clearly communicate the value of the program, answer questions, and confidently discuss tuition and financing options.
  • Relationship Building: Establish trust and rapport with potential students to help them make informed decisions about their education and career.
  • Objection Handling: Address concerns about cost, career outcomes, and commitment, using a consultative approach to overcome hesitations.
  • Follow-Up Communication: Maintain proactive communication with prospects to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • CRM Management: Accurately track interactions, progress, and next steps in CRM tools like High Level or similar platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills with minimal accent to ensure clear and engaging conversations.
  • Experience in sales, admissions, or customer service, ideally in education, career training, or a related field.
  • Confidence in discussing program costs ($4,000 tuition) and guiding students through financial decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales engagement tools (training available).
  • Money-driven, empathetic, and results-oriented personality.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience as a US expat living abroad.
  • Prior experience in admissions, career coaching, or vocational program enrollment.
