ThePost PTO (Permission to Operate) SuccessManagerisresponsible forcreating andexecuting theprocessforHomeownerstotransfertheownership orpurchasetheir Third Party Owned (TPO)systems.The manager willmanagerelationships with servicing partners, analyze customer inquiries, and be the main point of contact to our business partners across the organization.Thisrolewillsupport and contribute to the business's operationsin scaling the company’s growth.This position reports to the Head ofEnFinStrategy & Ops or another member of senior management that the President of theEnFinor Head ofEnFinStrategy & Ops maydesignate.Candidates may work out of our corporate offices in the following locations:Remote, USA
Responsibilities
- Develop process & policies of Transfer and Buyout of TPO (Third Party Owned) system
- Execute Transfer and Buyout related tasks with relevant stakeholders underEnFinand its affiliates
- Execute TPO customer’s Transfer and/or Buyout request and manage those requests’ status
- Manage business initiatives to supportEnFincontractual obligations throughout the PPA or Lease term
- Support Servicing Vendor in executing TPO Product Guidelines andEnFinpolicies
- Coordination acrossEnFinOrganization andthird partyvendorsfor servicing and O&Mpriorities
- Projectmanagekey platform/ processenhancements by developing business requirements and interfacing withEnFinenterprise stakeholders
- Maintain knowledge of the organization’s products, services, and customer service policies and update procedures as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of work experience in a credit operations, customer service, or administrative role
- Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple, concurrent projectstomeet aggressive deadlines
- Desire to proactively engage with business partners toidentifyopportunities for business process improvements and cost savings
- Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software programs.
- Previousexperience working insolar finance / contract transfers and assumptions
- Advanced knowledge of business operations and project planning
- Exceptional ability toidentifyfuture business opportunities and mitigate compliance risks
