The Blueprint (Role Profile)
This role will be responsible for developing and guiding the implementation of national account specific business plans, achieving profitability and sales targets, serving as the primary account contact, providing account leadership, and meeting/exceeding sales goals.

The Build (Responsibilities)
- Develop account strategies aligned with overall channel strategy.
- Conduct regular business performance reviews at regional and senior levels.
- Monitor and manage price strategy to align with overall brand strategy.
- Develop and grow business on accounts e-commerce platforms.
- Develop promotional plans and understand and monitor channel conflict.
- Collaborative selling with the National Account team, to convert customers and establish a contractual agreement to secure long-term sales.
- Collaborative selling with the ATG professional sales team to ensure a high completion percentage of their funnel activities.
- Establish a sales planning cycle with the customer’s sales leadership.
- Manage POS data and present pertinent results.
- Obtain and maintain excellent product knowledge in order to present entire product line, demonstrating technical knowledge regarding function and application.
- Demonstrate knowledge of ATG pricing, and awareness of competitive products and pricing.
- Establish strong relations with internal support functions such as Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Customer Service, etc.
The Toolbox (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field; may consider 5+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- 3+ years successful experience preferably in sales role with a proven track record of accomplishments and achievements in penetrating large, complex accounts and driving business growth.
- Excellent computer/systems skills (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as well as ERP experience (SAP strongly preferred)
