Salary: $50,000 + Commissions + Bonus Opportunities (1st yr OTE: $90,000)

You'll travel to various customer sites using the provided company car, offering quotes and estimates, building relationships, and ensuring smooth project execution. • Travel to customer job sites
• Engage prospective customers to understand their needs
• Quote/estimate customer jobs
• Set up calls and manage follow ups within the estimate schedule
• Build strong customer relationships
• Accurately document customer expectations and project details in proposals
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless project execution
• Assist production with scope-related questions as needed
• Attend networking events and actively participate in industry groups
• Develop and execute cold calling strategies
• Utilize assertive marketing to generate residential and commercial leads
• Help manage the company’s social media platforms
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records

• 2+ years of B2B or in home sales experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms required
• Ability to travel locally required (company car and gas provided)
• Valid Driver’s License required
