Job Purpose Summary
As a Global Compensation & Analytics Specialist within the Ophthalmology business unit, you will be a key player in administering global sales compensation as well as maintaining and adapting our global commercial tools. The Specialist will focus on executing global sales representatives’ compensation plans, adapting & maintaining commercial tools, supporting our data infrastructure in addition to ad hoc reporting.
What You Will Do
Administer and continuously improve global sales compensation plans, ensuring timely and accurate calculations for quarterly and annual incentives.
Partner with Finance and Sales Leadership to model and evaluate compensation structures, ensuring they align with business objectives and drive high performance.
Adapt, maintain, and enhance commercial tools, with a strong emphasis on supporting International Sales & Marketing teams, ensuring tools are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with evolving business needs.
Lead data infrastructure management, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and integration across key business platforms.
Develop and optimize Power BI reports to provide real-time insights for global stakeholders, enhancing decision-making on sales performance, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
Drive continuous process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing automation solutions to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
What You Will Need

Comfortable interacting across all levels of management, including senior leadership.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required; Business Analytics Degree preferred
5+ years of data analytics or sales compensation experience required.
Power BI certification highly preferred
