Job Purpose Summary

As a Global Compensation & Analytics Specialist within the Ophthalmology business unit, you will be a key player in administering global sales compensation as well as maintaining and adapting our global commercial tools. The Specialist will focus on executing global sales representatives’ compensation plans, adapting & maintaining commercial tools, supporting our data infrastructure in addition to ad hoc reporting.

What You Will Do

  • Administer and continuously improve global sales compensation plans, ensuring timely and accurate calculations for quarterly and annual incentives.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales Leadership to model and evaluate compensation structures, ensuring they align with business objectives and drive high performance.
  • Adapt, maintain, and enhance commercial tools, with a strong emphasis on supporting International Sales & Marketing teams, ensuring tools are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Lead data infrastructure management, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and integration across key business platforms.
  • Develop and optimize Power BI reports to provide real-time insights for global stakeholders, enhancing decision-making on sales performance, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
  • Drive continuous process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing automation solutions to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

  • Comfortable interacting across all levels of management, including senior leadership.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Business Analytics Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of data analytics or sales compensation experience required.
  • Power BI certification highly preferred
