Job description

Our US Partner is a fully remote, global creative branding agency specializing in trend-forward, sustainable merchandise. Our team of branded merchandise professionals partners with enterprise-level companies to design and brand merchandise at scale, while managing complex seasonal and long-term e-commerce stores, fulfillment and kitting projects, uniform and award programs, and large-volume retail initiatives.

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will support Sales Leadership & Account Managers by handling administrative and sales-related tasks to ensure seamless operations and outstanding client service. As a Sales Coordinator, you will assist with creating estimates, processing purchase orders, maintaining client information in Commonsku CRM, handling sample requests, and more. This position is integral to client account management, combining administrative expertise with a sales-focused approach to contribute to revenue growth and client satisfaction.

This is a full-time role, Night Shift, and on a Work from home set-up.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist Account Managers with creating accurate estimates and processing purchase orders to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Manage and update client records in Commonsku CRM, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate and manage sample requests
  • Conduct product research and collaborate with vendors to source creative branding solutions for clients.
  • Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations to support the sales process.
  • Assist sales management with maintenance tasks, including organizing and maintaining internal systems.
  • Keep weekly meeting sheets updated, ensuring action items, goals, and progress are accurately recorded and shared with the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales support role required Hard working and committed
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Flexible and open to changes in tasks and assignments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
