The Jiva Configuration Analyst must be capable of independently analyzing and mining data using MS SQL, drawing sound conclusions, and interpreting and following detailed and precise written and oral instructions such as checklists, process diagrams, and policies. • Implement best practices for Jiva configuration management, version control, and documentation.
  • Document Jiva configurations, processes, and workflows to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system integrity.
  • Use SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources to support Jiva configuration efforts.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans using testing software to validate data integrity, system functionality, and performance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data anomalies, discrepancies, and issues to ensure accurate configuration and system operation.
  • Work closely with business analysts, system architects, developers, and end-users to gather requirements, define solution designs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to provide insights, recommendations, and drive consensus on configuration decisions.
  • Work independently or under the direction of a Project Manager or Senior Analyst to identify, document, and redesign complex business concepts or processing conflicts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Jiva configuration, SQL data mining, and testing methodologies.

What You Will Bring:
