What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with 6-12 months of experience in Technical Support or a related role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills you know how to keep things calm under pressure!
Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and the ability to multitask across multiple systems.
