You will apply and adapt best practices from established environments, guiding scale-up approaches and talent to the next level of global FinTech growth.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication, EQ, and relationship-building skills to collaborate with various levels of management and diverse teams. You will partner with a mix of business units at different stages of growth, from Product and Technology, to Legal and Compliance, to Finance and Credit.
Innovative Thinking, Talent- & Data-Minded: Ability to create and refine people processes, implementing talent strategies that align with M-KOPA's goals and values, while meeting our leaders and employees where they are at. You will leverage data and insights, working alongside CoEs such as Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Shared Services to enhance team experiences, craft policy, and inform our HR evolution.
