Job description

Devire IT Outsourcing is a form of cooperation dedicated to IT professionals, based on the principles of own business - B2B, implementing projects for clients running innovative and modern projects.


We are looking for a Workday Integrations Specialist to join our client's international team working on Apple device applications and systems. The role involves supporting our Client's IT department, specifically working with HRIS integrations. It includes developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workday integrations with various internal and external systems, particularly focusing on Global Payroll, Time & Attendance, Leave of Absence systems, and other related platforms.


Salary: 140-170 PLN net+VAT/h

Seniority: mid/senior

Location: 100% remote

Working hours: The role requires availability to work in the USA time zone

(7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Warsaw)

Project duration: Until the end of 2025 (with possibility of extension into 2026)


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Workday integrations, including development, implementation, and support.
  • Proficiency in Workday integration tools (Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Experience with external dashboards, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and HR systems (Payroll, Time & Attendance, Leave of Absence).
  • Strong problem-solving skills in diagnosing and resolving integration issues.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, external vendors).
  • Knowledge of security, data privacy, and compliance best practices in integrations.
  • Familiarity with Workday updates and industry trends to enhance integration processes.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and manage Workday integrations with various internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across platforms.
  • Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing integrations to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance, aligning with business needs and system upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve integration-related issues, proactively identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors, to gather requirements, implement integration solutions, and support system enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations, following best practices for data governance and integration architecture.
  • Stay up to date with Workday updates and industry best practices, continuously improving integration processes and recommending innovative solutions.
