Job description

As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead proactive business development and drive growth with our Key foodservice clients in the UK & Ireland. We use creativity, innovation and insights to expand our capabilities and strengthening our innovation in the food and beverage industry. Our role will mainly focus on Syrups, Sauces and Toppings for Dessert and Beverage products across the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) channel.


You will:


  • Lead the growth of your products in the Foodservice Channel, with a strong focus on securing new accounts and driving growth
  • Manage strategic growth accounts, driving customer development.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies tailored to the food and beverage markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, application, and R&D, to develop unique customer concepts.
  • Manage customer projects from briefing to implementation, ensuring accountability and excellence.
  • Lead a fresh and dynamic foodservice and ingredients portfolio, including pricing negotiations and market analysis.
  • Create, implement, and control sales plans and budgets based on market insights.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and identify opportunities for growth.



To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • Extensive experience managing accounts in the foodservice beverage and food channel (B2B).
  • Proven expertise working with major Foodservice brands, particularly in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) channel.
  • A track record of successfully launching new products under supplier or customer brands.
  • Hands-on experience in Limited Time Offer (LTO) Project Management and driving sales performance.
  • A university degree in a relevant discipline is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a matrix organization.
  • A commercially astute mindset with a keen eye on the future of flavours and ingredients in a rapidly evolving market.
  • A customer-focused approach combined with technological acumen.
