We are seeking a talented Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team. As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing our DevOps processes and infrastructure on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline our development, deployment, and operations workflows and ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes for applications and infrastructure.
Configure and maintain Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as ARM templates, Azure CLI, or Terraform.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to integrate automated testing, monitoring, and logging into CI/CD pipelines.
Implement and maintain containerization solutions using Docker and Kubernetes, including deployment and management of containerized applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Monitor and optimize Azure resources and applications for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
Ensure compliance with security best practices and standards in Azure environments, including identity and access management, network security, and data protection.
Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and diagnose problems in Azure environments, CI/CD pipelines, and applications.
Document processes, configurations, and deployments, and provide training and support to other team members as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies, DevOps practices, and industry trends, and recommend improvements to our DevOps processes and infrastructure.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
Strong understanding of Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, etc.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Services (Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, Azure Boards, Azure Artifacts) for source control, CI/CD, and project management.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as ARM templates, Azure CLI, or Terraform.
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and container orchestration platforms (Azure Kubernetes Service).
Knowledge of Azure security features, compliance standards, and best practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Developer, Azure DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
