Location: Remote (Sweden)


Your mission


The Customer Success Manager is a position that builds and maintains a close relationship with installers and distribution partners, overseeing the process of customer retention within a business. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for interacting with new, existing, and potential customers on a regular basis, focusing on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product and technical information, implementing customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.


Your main responsibilities


  • Carry out relationship management with B2B customers, such as installers and distribution partners (meetings, trainings, brand awareness, exhibitions).
  • Coordinate with the technical team to participate in the initial customer on-boarding kick-off meeting.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, service policies and practices.
  • Provide high-level technical and product support.
  • Analyse and streamline processes for continuous improvement in the customer experience with our software.
  • Identify new sales prospects and address the leads to the GW sales manager.
  • Organize training programs for existing & prospective leads.
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Technical teams.
  • Close co-operation with the local GW sales manager by organizing and setting up meetings, weekly visit & calls with distributors, resellers & EPC’s in alignment with the sales manager.


Your Profile


  • 3+ years’ experience in customer success preferably in an energy, construction, or technical field.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience, such as a professional electrician or an electrical engineering role (preferred). A BA degree is not required.
  • Exposure to solar, PV, inverter, energy storage, or utility industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of best practices in customer service and retention
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, additional languages could be a plus
