Position Overview:

The Business Development Manager will focus on driving ThunderSoft’s growth by attracting new clients in the IT outsourcing sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and expanding ThunderSoft's services such as Smart Vehicle and Smart Terminal. The successful candidate will leverage sales expertise to secure new partnerships and contribute to long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Development: Responsible for the development of the main business, such as human resources outsourcing, project outsourcing, etc.

Customer Development and Maintenance: Develop new customers, maintain old customers, establish good cooperative relationships, and improve customer satisfaction.

Business Negotiation and Cooperation: Conduct business negotiations, sign contracts, coordinate communication, and solve problems in the cooperation process.

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery for new clients.

Qualifications:

Education Background: Bachelor degree in Business, Sales, IT, or related field or above, IT Service company background is preferred.

Language Requirements: Fluent English, preferable: German and Chinese communication and reading and writing skills.

Work Experience: More than 5 years of BD or related work experience, understand IT Service/Outsourcing industry information as well as legal implications or outsourcing in various countries (for example AUG regulation in Germany), familiar with the access process of major customers and suppliers, and local customer resources are preferred.

Ability and Quality: Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills, stress resistance, and teamwork awareness.

Other Requirements: Accept long-term on-site work in Europe, strong learning ability, strong adaptability, and the ability to complete tasks under pressure.
