Job Summary

Embark on a rewarding career journey as an Account Executive in our healthtech SaaS company. You’ll be the driving force behind our customer acquisition efforts, expertly navigating the sales cycle to meet and exceed your sales targets. Your deep understanding of the SaaS sales process, coupled with your proven track record, will help us expand our reach and impact in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate directly with the VP of Sales to craft and execute impactful sales strategies that resonate with our target market.
  • Customer Engagement and Growth: Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to facilitate sales and ensure long-term loyalty. Understand customer business needs and articulate how our solutions can drive their success.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle, including account planning, lead qualification, negotiation, closing, and sales forecasting.
  • Product Demonstration and Education: Provide dynamic product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements. Educate prospects on product features and benefits, differentiating our offerings in the marketplace.
  • Collaborative Sales Efforts: Engage with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on customer objectives and deliver a unified service approach.
  • Performance and Goal Achievement: Drive consistent revenue growth by hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through diligent management and expansion of your sales pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Native US Fluency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2+ years of successful quota-carrying experience in software telesales or business development.
  • Proven ability to independently manage and close sales deals, particularly with mid-sized and enterprise-level businesses.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, notably Hubspot
  • Availability to work core US business hours to serve our customer base effectively.

Preferred

  • Prior exposure to the health-tech sector.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment.
