Internal Communications Manager

We are seeking a passionate Internal Communications Manager to drive a multi-channel internal communications strategy that informs, inspires, and engages employees across our global organization and brands. The ideal candidate will create innovative and engaging content that effectively communicates company strategy and initiatives in a relatable and human way. Additionally, they will provide strategic advice to senior leaders on communication approaches, ensuring alignment and clarity in messaging.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of an internal communication strategy that effectively conveys the company’s vision, objectives, and initiatives while enhancing employee engagement.
• Develop and execute strategic employee communications.
• Create compelling short and long form content from posts to employee stories aligned.
• Produce content for town halls, management meetings, and leadership events, and facilitate these when necessary.
• Advise senior leaders on messaging, tone, and speaker delivery to ensure clarity and impact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders to identify communication needs and opportunities for enhancing employee experience.
• Simplify complex ideas into clear, honest, and engaging communications.
• Establish and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communications, employee engagement, and message alignment.
• Utilize data insights to influence leadership and integrate employee perspectives into communication and business planning efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field and/or 4+ years in an internal communications or corporate communications role.
• Fluency in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Global Experience: Experience working in a global organization, collaborating across different cultures and time zones.
• Skills: Excellent writing, storytelling, and editing skills with a strong ability to simplify complex topics.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align communications with business goals and influence senior stakeholders.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with intranet platforms, internal social media, and digital tools.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Creativity & Adaptability: A passion for fresh ideas, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
