Conversion Rate Optimization Manager
360training is seeking an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to join our growing Search Marketing Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing ideas, strategies and experiments for conversion rate improvements. From concept to execution, you will lead initiatives that shape the direction of webpages, funnels, landing pages, and copy designed to drive conversions. You will be data-driven and optimize user experience across multiple websites and products, resulting in enhanced conversion rates and increased billings. You will work to optimize the entire customer journey, from awareness to checkout, identifying new growth opportunities and prioritizing initiatives based on potential ROI.

You will report to the VP of Search Marketing within the Search Marketing Team. This position is full time and remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage a CRO roadmap aimed to improve main KPls
- Use tools and reporting to analyze user behavior, conversion data, and customer journeys for various verticals and products to gather and share insights for testing
- Use tools to analyze heatmaps and click tracking, and gather data from user testing videos, to better understand user behavior
- Create and implement A/B tests to enhance webpages and user flows, driving revenue growth and improving usability
- Test variations of headlines, copy, CTAs, and other content elements to boost engagement and conversions
- Work to gather insights and form hypothesis to optimize website forms, navigation, and checkout processes
- Use tools like Power Bl to track and report on key performance indicators (KPls) like conversion rates, bounce rates, billings, and revenue per visitor
- Monitor test performance, analyze and share results, and work cross-functionally to implement winning variations
- Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and techniques in A/B testing and CRO
- Collect data to identify trends and gain insights into competitor content, design, navigation, and unique selling points (USPs).
- Project manage all requests and ideas for conversion rate improvements across various channels
- Work with various teams to ensure product information on customer-facing pages is optimal for conversion, and all messaging aligns with user needs and expectations
- Submit requests to Development, Design, and Content teams, ensuring they are detailed and prioritized
- Track the progress of requests, from start to finish, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner based on prioritization
- Perform additional duties as required to support the Search Marketing team and broader organizational goals
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience, particularly with growing revenue
- A deep understanding of customer behavior and the ability to anticipate user needs and preferences
- Demonstrated success in improving conversion rates through data-driven experimentation across multiple websites
- A solid understanding of how digital strategy, sales funnels, UX, PPC, and SEO affect and can improve conversion rates
- Advanced skills in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with A/B testing to identify high-impact opportunities
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead and collaborate with cross- functional teams, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Expertise with Google Analytics, Excel, and PowerBI
- Proficient with Asana, Jira, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and VWO
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
