As our new Senior Banking & Finance Law Consultant, you will:
Deal with various banking and finance law issues for clients: banks, e-money institutions, payment institutions, investment funds, Fintech companies and other clients
Help to develop Regulatory and Substantive Law Legal Services practices in the PwC Legal
Assist clients with complex regulatory matters (licensing, regulatory compliance, business financing and other)
You are our perfect candidate if you:
Have 3+ years of legal practice (experience in a law firm would be a strong advantage)
Are interested or have a background in the Banking and Finance Law or corporate or employment law;
Have law degree
Have excellent legal drafting skills
Are proficient in Lithuanian and English
Have proactive approach in team work, reliability and responsiveness
Have strong drive and time management, ability to decide and prioritize independently
Our offer:
The monthly gross salary for this position ranges from 3400 EUR to 4200 EUR, plus performance-based bonuses.
